TESHIO BAPTIST MISSION The Teshio Baptist Mission is a church planting mission work of First Baptist Church, Laurel, Montana
through missionary Kenneth Mansell and family in Teshio, Hokkaido, Japan. Kenneth Mansell is an ordained preacher and staff pastor of First Baptist Church ministering in the foreign field of Japan.
Missionary Mansell and the Teshio Baptist Mission are a direct outreach of First Baptist Church and under its biblical authority. First Baptist Church with the help of other Independent Baptist churches help
support the ministry of the Teshio Baptist Mission and the Mansells. 100% of all support for the Mansells and the Teshio Baptist Mission are funneled through this local church. The Teshio Baptist Mission
was begun in 1985 when the Kenneth Mansell family moved to Teshio. After arriving in Japan in 1983, they spent the first two years under a veteran missionary in the area before starting the work in Teshio.
The work in this northern fishing and dairy farming area of northern Hokkaido, Japan has been slow but God has blessed with a number of adults and children being saved and baptized. Because there are
not enough baptized believers yet, missionary Mansell and family continue to minister and evangelize in the community. Contact Information: Sponsoring Church:
